Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within a high-acuity hospital environment, including a Level II Trauma Center
• Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and in compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Monitor patients for drug interactions, adverse reactions, and therapeutic outcomes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and hospital pharmacy policies during overnight hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license valid in the state of Florida (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
• Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Travel contract experience or willingness to work in a travel capacity

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or trauma center setting
• Familiarity with high-volume hospital pharmacy operations
• Experience working overnight or extended shift schedules
