Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license required
Strong clinical knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and patient safety protocols
Ability to evaluate and process physician drug orders accurately and efficiently
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a hospital or acute care pharmacy setting
Familiarity with renal dosing adjustments and patient-specific pharmacokinetic considerations
