Job Responsibilities

  • Compound, prepare, mix, manufacture, and dispense medications.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and usage of medications.
  • Apply critical thinking in medication preparation and pharmacy operations.
  • Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Supervise, train, and support pharmacy technicians and technical staff.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and technical support activities.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy preferred.
  • Strong compounding and medication preparation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to supervise pharmacy support staff.
