Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to join a healthcare team. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and effective medication use while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities

Verify and dispense medication orders accurately.
Monitor medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
Provide drug information to healthcare providers.
Identify and resolve medication-related issues.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations.

Requirements Active Pharmacist (RPh) license. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Strong knowledge of medication safety and clinical pharmacy practices.
