Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Pharmacist license or eligible compact licensure.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, drug interactions, and sterile compounding.
