Key Responsibilities
- Clinical & Technical: Compounds, prepares, mixes, manufactures, and dispenses medications using high-level technical and organizational skills.
- Operations & Safety: Oversees proper handling, storage, and usage of drugs; translates department policies and procedures into daily operations and clinical workflows.
- Supervision & Training: Supervises and trains assigned technical staff while managing pharmacy technical support activities.
- Decision Making: Applies critical thinking to maintain departmental standards and ensure patient safety.
Must have inpatient experience
