Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist- Pharmacist order verification in Epic
- Check floor stock and compounded sterile products
- Conduct VTE high risk determination
- Handle phone calls to patients scheduled for surgery 7-10 days prior
- Assist with OR schedule preparations for medications
Requirements of the Pharmacist- Hospital pharmacy experience required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
