Job Summary

The Senior Pharmacist is responsible for preparing, compounding, dispensing, and managing medications while ensuring safe and effective pharmacy operations. This role requires advanced clinical judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to oversee pharmacy processes, support technical staff, and maintain compliance with department policies and procedures.

Required Experience

• Senior-level pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication preparation, dispensing, and pharmacy operations.
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills in clinical and operational decision-making.
• Experience overseeing pharmacy workflows and ensuring medication safety.
• Experience supervising and training pharmacy technical personnel preferred.
