Chemotherapy experience and anticoagulation management skills are preferred. Pharmacokinetic and renal dosing knowledge is also beneficial. Compliance requirements exclude candidates with any license or background hits. Fit testing requirements must be met as the facility cannot accommodate specific equipment needs.
