In this role, you will verify prescriptions, compound sterile and IV medications, and ensure safe and accurate medication distribution using EPIC. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide pharmaceutical care and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
Candidates must have a current New Jersey pharmacist license, experience with EPIC, and proficiency in sterile and IV compounding. Strong communication and teamwork skills are recommended for success in this inpatient setting.
