- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every Third Weekend Required
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced travel outpatient pharmacist for an assignment. The pharmacist will work in a retail outpatient pharmacy, providing safe and accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Epic charting experience is required, and Epic Willow Ambulatory experience is preferred. Candidates must have an active RPh license, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and be available to work day shifts with every third weekend.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and accurately dispense medications.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate medication records using Epic charting.
- Support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy.
Requirements
- Active RPh (Registered Pharmacist) Oh & MI State license.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
- Retail pharmacy experience required.
- Epic charting experience required (Epic Willow Ambulatory preferred).
