The primary shift will be 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role includes one week of on-call duty every three weeks. Previous charge experience is not required. The facility accepts first-time travelers. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Experience in community hospital settings is preferred, along with exposure to long-term acute care. Candidates should have experience in various therapeutic areas, including antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, cardiac dosing, and more. Skills in compounding, sterile technique, and therapeutic medication monitoring are essential. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams, including pharmacy and rapid response teams. Compliance with all onboarding requirements is necessary.
