This role involves working onsite and providing crucial pharmaceutical services including prescription management, patient consultations, and pharmacy operations. The shifts include a differential for second and third shifts. The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and medical standards while providing exemplary patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist- Accept and dispense prescription medications
- Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns
- Ensure that the supply of medicines is within the law
- Ensure the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable
- Accurately maintain confidential patient records
- Advise patients about medicines, including usage and potential reactions
- Provide consultations on medication storage, dosage, and interactions
- Offer services like smoking cessation, blood pressure checks, and cholesterol management
- Educate patients on medical device usage
- Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions
- Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain inventory
- Identify drug-related problems and communicate with healthcare practitioners
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy interns
Requirements of the Pharmacist- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
- Licensed by the state pharmacy board
