Travel Pharmacist - $2,900 to $3,000 per week in Boone, NC

Review and verify physician medication orders for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness.
Prepare, dispense, and oversee distribution of medications in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
Provide clinical pharmacy services, including dosing consults, pharmacokinetic monitoring, and renal/hepatic dose adjustments.
Participate in medication reconciliation, patient safety initiatives, and multidisciplinary rounds as needed.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of controlled substances and high-risk medications.
Educate nurses and other clinicians on medication use, protocols, and formulary guidelines.
