Position Overview
Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across the main campus and satellite clinics.
Schedule
- 7 on / 7 off rotation
- Work week: Wednesday – Tuesday
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Rotational days, evenings, nights, weekends & holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
- Provide direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments
- Support pharmacy programs and clinical services
- Participate in medication management and patient care
- Advanced Practice Pharmacists may support specialized pharmacy-based clinics
- Assist with development and analysis of clinical pharmacy programs
- Provide technical and administrative supervision as applicable
✅ Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) OR Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Degree must be from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
- Current, valid, unrestricted U.S. Pharmacy License
- BLS – American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Pharmacist experience
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared before start

- Orientation: Every 2 weeks
- Housing application: Must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start
- COVID & Flu exemptions may be accepted after submission of a declination form
