Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Topeka, KS 66606
Start Date: September 7, 2026
Location: Topeka, Kansas
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00), with shift times varying as needed. Weekend coverage required (8 weekend shifts per contract, approximately 4 weekends). Block scheduling.

- Comprehensive orientation provided (24-36 hours) with Epic charting system training
- Work with diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Collaborative interdisciplinary environment with IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
- First-time travelers welcome; 2 years of experience preferred
- One pre-approved time off period available during contract
Requirements:- Active Kansas State Pharmacy license (required at time of submission)
- PharmD or RPh degree
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and in hand)
- Epic charting system experience required
- 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Proficiency in anticoagulation therapy, high-alert medications, IV push medications, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, and warfarin dosing
- Experience with Pyxis medication dispensing systems
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
