Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Manage complex patients including Trauma/Burn/Critical care, cardiac surgery, and ECMO
• Perform IV verification and compounding as needed
• Execute medication verification
• Utilize advanced dosing techniques including Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycoside, and Renal dosing

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Virginia State Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience
• Experience with Meditech, Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, and Vigilanz systems
