We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead pharmacy operations in Champaign, Illinois. This is a full-time leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing pharmacy services, supervising pharmacy technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient care.

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness and legal compliance.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and safely.
- Oversee medication inventory, stocking, storage, and labeling.
- Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates to ensure medication quality.
- Provide guidance and support to patients regarding medications and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians in daily operations.
- Assist with staff performance management and scheduling.
- Communicate operational concerns and staffing needs to senior leadership.
- Perform additional duties as required to support pharmacy operations.
