Description
American Traveler is hiring a Pediatrics RN for a children's hospital rehabilitation setting, requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, and central line care experience.
Details
- Pediatrics unit within a children's hospital rehabilitation setting
- Day/night rotating shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
- Shifts may be adjusted to meet operational needs of the hospital
- Required to work at least every other holiday
Requirements
- Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required
- Current BLS and PALS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required
- Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in pediatrics required
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and central line care required
- One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
- Active certifications required at time of consideration; pending certifications not accepted
- COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
- Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
Additional Information
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with passing scores required
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
- Open background check cases are not accepted; any license hits are not accepted
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
