Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs with a passion for providing exceptional care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the Stepdown unit.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
Strongly prefer candidates with travel experience.
Certifications required: BLS, PALS.
Pending licenses accepted; must be active prior to start date.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
Guaranteed hours: Yes.
Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required.
RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
Locals are not accepted for this position.
