  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in pediatric respiratory care environments, familiarity with electronic medical records systems, and certifications in Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) or equivalent.
  • Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will evaluate patients, operate ventilatory and monitoring equipment, assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube placement, and perform arterial punctures. The role also includes conducting pulmonary function tests, managing invasive and non-invasive ventilation devices, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates must adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, including CPR and ACLS guidelines, and effectively communicate patient responses during shift hand-offs.
