Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) position in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing respiratory care services within a healthcare environment, requiring the implementation of established protocols and protocols. The position is scheduled for dayshift hours with a 12-hour shift structure, supporting patient care during specified hours with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia
- Schedule: Varies, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with every other weekend, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Georgia Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license; National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification; minimum of 2 years recent experience within the specialty.
- Additional Information: Candidates must work 2 major holidays of the three specified (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (such as the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve). No local candidates within 50 miles are preferred. The assignment duration is 13 weeks.
