Job Details
- Position Description: Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT PEDS) providing direct patient care.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and California Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
- Education Requirements: Valid physical therapy degree and licensure in the state of practice.
- Location Requirements: Candidate must be within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Years of Experience: 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience required; first-timers accepted.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Ability to work independently in outpatient pediatric therapy setting.
- Submission Requirements: Must include response to whether the candidate has worked at a similar facility, location, and dates, with two recent references covering one year (or six months for CNAs).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients and outpatient therapy preferred.
