Description

American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric ICU RN requiring a CA RN license, PALS certification, and at least 1 year of recent PICU experience.

Details

  • Work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a 12-hour shift basis
  • 36 scheduled hours per week over a 13-week assignment
  • Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required (must be active at time of consideration)
  • Current BLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent PICU experience within the last 3 years
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing to pediatric patients in an ICU setting
  • Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
