The role requires excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Title: RN - CICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Open Heart)
- Unit: Level Three CICU
- Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
- Assignment Dates: 12/15/2026 - 03/20/2027
- Shift: Rotating shifts; will also consider straight Nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Schedule: Shift hours are 12, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Colorado RN License or Multi-State Compact License; PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications; Minimum 2-3 years of Staff RN experience in a dedicated CVPICU/Pediatric CICU Open Heart setting; previous travel experience preferred but not required if candidate has 2-4 years experience and Epic experience; education considered ASN with 3 years of extensive pediatric cardiac critical care experience
- Additional Information: 50-Mile radius rule applies; No RTO will be approved during the first two weeks; Seasonal Influenza Vaccine required; Preference given to candidates willing to work one winter holiday (Christmas 2026 or NY 2027); float within Childrens Hospital Colorado Anschutz Campus as needed; candidates must meet scheduling and flu vaccination requirements
