Job Summary

Pediatric Floor in Asheville, North Carolina This position supports pediatric and oncology patients in a hospital-based care setting. The role is suited for a detail-oriented, organized clinician with pediatric inpatient and pediatric oncology experience.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Pediatric hospital experience; pediatric oncology experience; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The unit provides care for pediatric and oncology patients and maintains staffing that includes oncology nursing coverage each day. Patient ratios range from 1:3 to 1:5. Rotation may include the pediatric intensive care unit and neonatal intensive care unit. Six weekend shifts are required, including two Saturdays. Navy blue scrubs or a white top are required.
