Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatric Acute Care (Float) with Clinical Resource Team - Float Pool to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients in PICU, NICU, CICU, and other acute care floors as needed.
  • Perform 1:1 patient observation assignments when required.
  • Comply with all hospital and departmental policies, including blackout dates for holidays.
  • Coordinate with the Clinical Resource Team to adhere to scheduling and float requirements.
  • Participate in the facility's quality improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current and unencumbered Colorado RN license required.
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric critical care experience necessary.
  • Prior travel experience required, no first-time travelers accepted.
  • Certifications: BLS, PALS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP preferred.
  • Must be willing to float to various critical care units as needed.
