**Exciting Opportunity for a PCU/Telemetry RN!** **Job Description:** - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** Day Shift 7:00 am - 7:30 pm (3 x 12-hour shifts) - **Work Requirements:** - 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule - Must be willing to float between departments and various facilities - **Requirements:** - Active AZ RN license - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a PCU/Telemetry setting - Familiarity with cardiac drips, TAVRs, and watchman mitral clips - **Patient Ratio:** 6 patients to 1 RN - **Scrub Color:** Any color - **EMR Experience:** Cerner preferred - **Role Responsibilities:** - Evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care - Assist physicians during examinations and procedures - Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the RN scope of practice - Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families - Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals - Perform a variety of tasks with creativity and latitude expected - Typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department - **Education:** - Requires an associate's degree; prefer a bachelor's degree in Nursing - Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the nursing field **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
