Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements

RN – PCU/Stepdown | Spokane, WA
Location:101 W 8th Ave Spokane, WA 99204
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 3×12 hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of PCU/Stepdown experience
- Epic charting experience required
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Cardiac and vasoactive drip management and titration experience required (HARDSTOP)
- First-time travelers accepted
Additional Details:
- Patient ratio: 1:3–4
- Every other weekend required
- May float to Telemetry or Med-Surg
- No on-call required
- 48 hours may be approved
- Choose either Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday
