Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on November 2, 2026.

Job Details:
**Experience Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required. - Previous Charge Experience preferred. - Trauma Level I Experience preferred. - 18 months of experience required; please refer to job description for any exceptions. **Skills Requirements:** - Proficient in cardiac monitoring and on-unit monitoring. - Management of chest tubes and fresh trachs. - Feeding tube care and management. - Care of postoperative patients, including epidurals. - Management of non-titratable cardiac drips. - IV insulin protocols and titration of insulin drips. - External BiPAP/CPAP. - Total laryngectomy and Doppler flap checks. - Additional skills include Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Epidural analgesia, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips with no titration, Management of dysrhythmias, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Thrombolytic Agents, Titration of Insulin drips, Tracheostomy care/management, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Total laryngectomy, and flap checks. **Certification Requirements:** - ACLS and BCLS certifications required. **Education:** - Travelers' university must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. **Licensure:** - Must have a license in hand prior to the start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. **Additional Requirements:** - Two supervisor references required. - Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS. Candidates will float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby. **Preferred Unit Experience:** - PCU or ICU experience preferred. - Preferred experience in Arterial and central line, fresh tracheostomy and laryngectomy, chest tubes, and a variety of surgical drains. Care of the inpatient post-op patient and enteral feedings.
