Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown RN experience required
• Experience caring for cardiac and respiratory patients required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to manage a 4:1 PCU patient assignment in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support/CPR) – required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required
