**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse!** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? - We are seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team! **Job Details:** - **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience preferred - First-timers are welcome, with approximately 2 years of PCU/ICU experience requested - **Shift:** - Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - **Certification Requirements:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - **Licensing:** - Must have current Colorado or compact license in hand - **Weekend Requirements:** - Yes, as per unit needs - **On Call Requirements:** - No on-call duties required - **Floating:** - Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required - Potential floating to sister units within the region **Special Requirements:** - Work in a Med Surg PCU environment with a diverse patient population - Manage care for patients including cardiac, minor trauma, respiratory, and mildly unstable hemodynamic patients - All rooms are equipped with negative pressure capabilities and ceiling lifts for enhanced patient care **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!Catalytic Solutions Job ID #19299668.
