- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
- Setting: Progressive Critical Care / Step-Down / PCU

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent progressive care, telemetry, step-down, or acute care nursing experience required
- Epic experience required
- ACLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of advanced hemodynamics and pressor titration protocols
- Experience caring for complex adult medical and surgical patients
- Ability to successfully complete a competency assessment promptly after submission
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for high-acuity patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, trauma, endocrine disorders, and surgical complications
- Monitor and manage advanced hemodynamic needs, including pressor therapy per protocol
- Administer and titrate therapies such as antihypertensive drips, sedative drips, and narcan drips as ordered
- Care for patients requiring support such as HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, arterial lines, CVP monitoring, and EVD management
- Deliver safe, compassionate patient care while maintaining infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive outcomes for medically delicate and surgically complex patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and adapt quickly to evolving patient needs in a high-acuity unit
