• Specialty: RN – PCU / Stepdown / Med-Surg Telemetry
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Experience: Minimum 2 years listed; at least 1 year required by facility
• License: Compact RN license must be active and in hand at submission
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Charting: EPIC experience required
• Patient Ratio: PCU 1:4; Med-Surg 1:5
• Required Skills: Cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac drips (no titration), heparin protocols, central/PICC line care, blood product administration, and feeding tube care
• Additional Experience: Stepdown, PCU, or ICU experience; pre/post cardiac cath and cardiac surgery care
• Recent Experience: Must have worked in the specialty within the last 6 months
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Must work 3 of 5 major holidays
• RTO: Maximum 7 days; all requests must be submitted upfront
• References: 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Local Rule: Candidates within 50 miles accepted at a lower bill rate
• Floating: May float to nearby sister facilities
• Important: Candidate must disclose any previous employment or assignments at Providence facilities, including locations and dates.
