Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Greenville, North Carolina.

PCU RN – Stepdown Unit

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | 12-hour shifts | 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 Weeks | Start: Every Monday
Unit: 32-bed PCU/Stepdown
Ratio: 1:4
Rate: $90/hr

Requirements:

  • 2+ years PCU/Stepdown RN experience
  • Active RN license; Compact accepted
  • BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, NIH Stroke Scale certification
  • Travel experience required
  • Epic experience required
  • Trach care experience required
  • Must live outside the 80-mile local radius

Clinical Skills: Central lines, respiratory management, tracheostomy care, IV starts, peripheral/arterial blood draws, cardiac/insulin/heparin drips, and cardiac monitoring.

Weekend: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Other: Auto Offer | Relias exams required; maximum 2 attempts.
