Vivian Job Requirements — PCU RN

• 1+ year of PCU/Stepdown experience required
• BLS & ACLS required
• EPIC experience required
• Travel experience required — first-time travelers accepted
• Experience in progressive care / stepdown environment
• Medical-surgical/telemetry experience
• Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients
• Must be comfortable floating within the OSU organization
• Travelers are expected to float first when needed
• Experience with telemetry, cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, central/PICC lines, chest tubes, CBI, wound vacs, and post-surgical patients preferred
• Some weekends required — 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period
• Call required
• 3x12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• 36 hours/week
• RTO must be provided at submission and included in contract
• Ohio fingerprinting required urgently after contract signing
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/director/supervisor
• Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only
• COVID vaccine not required
• Locals accepted at the same rate
