We are seeking dedicated and skilled nurses to provide exceptional care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step Down setting. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stepdown or PCU nursing, with a strong background in managing cardiac drips and titrating medications, as this is a hardstop requirement. Nurses will be expected to float between units as needed, particularly to Telemetry or Medical-Surgical floors if overstaffed. Weekend shifts are required every other week, but block scheduling is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PCU/Step Down unit.
• Manage and titrate cardiac drips effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements.
