Join a leading healthcare facility as a PCU Registered Nurse in Highlands Ranch, CO! We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs to deliver exceptional patient care in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a contract position with a focus on teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a mixed acuity unit.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse medical-surgical population with varying levels of acuity.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5 in the high acuity medical-surgical unit and 1:3-4 in the PCU.
• Rotate between med-surge assignments and float to other units as necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of solid PCU experience is required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Weekend availability is required based on unit needs.
• First-timers accepted depending on experience.

This position requires nurses to be flexible and willing to float within the scope to meet facility needs, including potential floating to sister facilities within the metro region.

Our facility features a busy and collaborative environment, with a total of 22 staffed beds. The charting system used is EPIC, and the scrub color is navy blue.
