**Exciting Opportunity for Experienced RN - D2 - PCU - Clinical Decision Unit (648)** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic Clinical Decision Unit team, where patient safety and care come first! - Work in a fast-paced, engaging environment focused on ED decompression and enhanced throughput. - Utilize your skills in a 40-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:5 for Step-Down and 1:6 for MedSurg. - Collaborate with a supportive team, typically staffed with a free charge and 1-2 CNAs based on volume. - Gain valuable experience in caring for a wide variety of diagnoses and improving patient/family experiences. - Enjoy every other weekend off, with no call responsibilities. - Float to other units within your skill set as needed, with additional opportunities in CMU Telemetry Unit and as ED Transport Nurses. - Required Skills: - Minimum of 2 years recent MedSurg, Telemetry (remote), and Step-Down (PCU) experience. - Positive attitude and teamwork focus. - Charge Nurse experience or willingness to consider is appreciated. - Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. - Dress Code: Navy Blue/White uniform — no t-shirts; jackets/sweaters allowed in appropriate colors. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
