**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN in D3A PCU!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Overview:** - Number of Beds: 10 ICU/PCU Overflow - Patient Ratios: 2:1 ICU, 4-5:1 PCU - Staffing: 1 Charge RN, 5 Staff RNs on both day and night shifts - Equipment: Lift equipment, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), ventilators, IV pumps, etc. - Documentation System: Cerner - Scheduling: 12 hr shifts, every other weekend requirement, holiday support - **Essential Qualifications:** - 2+ years of Medical ICU experience in a large facility - Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management - Must be a critical thinker - Flexible and collaborative team player - **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Ventilator management - Critical care pharmacology (IV sedation, paralytics, vasopressors, etc.) - Advanced hemodynamic monitoring - Central line management - **Key Procedures:** - Assist providers with bedside procedures (e.g., chest tube insertion, intubations) - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - **Dress Code:** - Navy Blue or white scrubs - **Why Choose This Unit?** - State-of-the-art equipment and technology - Experienced and tenured staff ready to support you - Flexible scheduling options available **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
