Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) night shift position requiring recent Critical Care/ICU experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

  • Work in a Stepdown/Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) setting
  • Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
  • Some weekend shifts required
  • Holiday coverage required
  • 13-week assignment with possible extension

Requirements

  • Active GA or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum one year of recent Critical Care and ICU experience required
  • Intermediate fetal monitoring (FM) skills required
  • IV start experience required
  • Lab draw and sample collection experience required
  • Experience titrating critical drips required
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Previous travel nursing experience preferred
  • Royal blue scrubs required and not provided by facility
  • Minimal to no RTO permitted during assignment
  • Candidates residing within 30 miles of the facility will not be accepted
  • Candidates residing 31-50 miles from the facility are subject to a reduced bill rate
