In the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you will provide high-quality care to patients, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5. This role includes responsibilities such as IV starts and telemetry monitoring, requiring familiarity with the Epic documentation system. The position operates on a 3x12 night shift schedule, with weekdays and occasional weekends, providing a dynamic work environment in a supportive team setting.
