Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / PCU / Step-Down setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring a higher level of care than a general medical-surgical floor
• Float within the hospital to other units as needed based on staffing and census demands
• Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if operationally required
• Participate in orientation modules and complete all pre-start requirements prior to facility entry
• Maintain availability to work every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Current AHA-issued certifications required (non-AHA certifications are not accepted)
• All required certifications must be current at time of submission
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent employees of this facility are not eligible to apply as travel nurses

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior IMC, PCU, or Step-Down nursing experience
• Comfort with floating to varied units within a hospital system
