Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment requiring 2 years of recent PCU experience and NC or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • Work in the A5E Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit of a hospital setting
  • 8-week assignment length
  • Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
  • Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Telemetry/PCU required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications accepted from AHA or ARC with none expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
  • NIH Stroke Certification required
  • No certification expiring within 30 days of start
  • No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
  • One professional reference required

Additional Information

  • Provide direct patient care to Telemetry/Progressive Care patients
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • No local candidates will be considered under any circumstances
