Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse in Greensboro, NC! We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. Our facility is known for providing exceptional patient care and offers a supportive environment for healthcare professionals.

As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients who require close monitoring and specialized care. The Fourth Floor Progressive Care Department features an all-private 45-bed setup, with all rooms remotely monitored by the Centralized Cardiac Monitoring Department (CCMD). Our nursing stations are centrally located, equipped with conference rooms, clean storage, and medication areas to ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply!

Shift details include Day 3x12-Hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with every other weekend and holidays as needed. Please note that all travelers are subject to float between all campuses.
