Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring NIH Stroke Certification and at least 1 year of recent tele/PCU experience.

Details

  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a hospital
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 13-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • NIH Stroke Certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in PCU or telemetry nursing
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
  • Two professional references required for Florida candidates

Additional Information

  • Provide direct patient care to progressive care/telemetry patients
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel position
  • Local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances
