Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent registered nurse experience required
• PCU, step-down, telemetry, or similar acute care experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Reliable availability for night shift scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical guidelines and hospital protocols
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient education and family communication as appropriate
• Maintain a professional, compassionate presence throughout each shift
