**Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN - PCU Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Augusta, GA - **Unit:** PCU - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Bed Capacity:** 29 **Why You’ll Love This Role:** - **Patient Ratios:** Ideally 1:4; currently running 1:5 for optimal patient care. - **Team Environment:** Join a cohesive and supportive team that values collaboration and self-scheduling. - **Equipment:** Work with advanced tools such as Alaris IV pumps, Welch Allyn VS machines, bladder scan, and vein finder. - **Documentation:** Utilize Meditech for efficient charting and patient assessments. - **Schedule:** 36 hours per week with flexible night shift options, including the possibility of working three in a row. **Skill Set Required:** - **Must Have:** - ACLS Certification - Proficiency with cardiac and insulin drips **Patient Care Focus:** - Provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. - Conduct vital signs checks every 4 hours or more frequently based on patient condition. - Perform blood glucose checks as ordered. - Complete required documentation and assessments every shift. **Additional Information:** - **Floating Policy:** All staff float to areas within their competencies, ensuring adaptability. - **Culture:** Enjoy positive managerial support and a welcoming facility culture. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
