**Join Our Progressive Care Unit Team!** - **Location:** Fort Worth, TX - **Unit:** PCU/6W Renal PCU (630) - **Position:** RN - **Shift Details:** - **Hours:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 / 40 - **Weekend Expectations:** Discuss during the interview - **Call Requirements:** Discuss during the interview - **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 18 - **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 - **Staffing Type:** Progressive Care - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Floating Policy:** As needed - **Essential Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in PCU or ICU settings - **Certifications:** - RN - BLS - ACLS - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing - BSN - **Patient Care Responsibilities:** - Engaging in hourly safety rounding - Conducting bedside shift reports - Fostering a sit-to-commit environment - **Dress Code Guidelines:** - **Scrub Color:** To be specified - **Nails:** Clean and healthy; no artificial nails - **Hair:** Neat and clean; extreme styles or colors not permitted - **Facial Hair:** Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be neatly trimmed - **Tattoos:** Should be covered whenever possible - **Piercings:** Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited - **Unit Policies:** - Floating guidelines in accordance with hospital policies - Company-wide attendance policies in effect --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
