Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit (PCU). This role requires a dedicated and skilled professional who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, particularly in a progressive care unit or similar setting.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Document care provided and patient progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
